Previously, the FAAPride membership ratified the FAA Pride employee association's Constitution, Bylaws and Resolutions at the Constitutional Convention on May 31, 2022.

After January 2025, all Employee Associations were no longer recognized and the FAA directed that this association no longer use FAA in it's name.  The Board of Directors took action to reform a new Constitution and ByLaws that would open the organization to a much wider population of air (aviation) and space transportation employees and allies across the Federal Government to include contractors and retirees.

A vote will also be taken to continue the process for this association to become a charitable 501(c)3 organization.
